Candidate must possess at least a Second Class Degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgical, Textile, Chemical, Computer, Electronics & Telecommunication, or any other branch.
- Science/Economics: Honours degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Professional: MBA or PG Diploma from an AICTE recognized institute.
- Technical: Degree in Pharmacy, Silk Technology, or Leather Technology.
- Accountancy: Membership of ICAI (Chartered Accountant) or ICWAI (Cost Accountant).
- Preliminary Exam: Objective type (General Knowledge) – 150 Marks.
- Main Exam: Written Examination (4 Subjects) – 600 Marks.
- Interview: Personality Test – 100 Marks.
- Document Verification: Final verification of certificates.
The post of BPSC Project Manager comes under Pay Level-9 of the 7th Pay Commission. Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary along with applicable Bihar Government allowances (DA, HRA, Medical, etc.).
